Affiliate - Guidelines

Below is a list of guidelines regarding the Tat2 Designs Affiliate Program:

1. Websites approved for use in the Tat2 Designs Affiliate Program
Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material. Your site must also be fully functional with original content. Spam or scraper sites will not be approved. If your site is still in its development stage, please apply after it’s completed.

2. Discount and deal-type websites
We are not offering public Discount Codes at this time. Should you operate a coupon or deal-type website, please be clear in the Description section of the Affiliate Program application as to how you intend to promote Tat2 Designs.

3. Promoting Tat2 Designs without a website
Although promotion through websites is the most popular way our Affiliates promote Tat2 Designs, we recognize that different markets have different needs. If you do not include a website to review, please make sure to include details regarding how you plan to market Tat2 Designs in the Description section on the Affiliate Program application.

4. Using the Tat2 Designs LLC name in a domain name
Any affiliate who intends to market a Tat2 Designs name in a top-level domain must obtain written consent from Tat2 Designs prior to execution. Each marketing plan is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Sample Affiliate Disclaimer
Affiliates who have obtained written approval from Tat2 Designs LLC to use Tat2 Designs in a top-level domain must include an affiliate disclaimer in the site footer. For example: “This website is independently owned by an affiliate marketer of Tat2 Designs. It is not sponsored by Tat2 Designs LLC. Tat2 Designs is a registered trademark of its' respective owners.”

6. Using the Tat2 Designs name in URLs, ads or promotions
While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, prior consent is required by Tat2 Designs LLC for use of the term Tat2 Designs in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or other social networking site URLs.

7. Promoting affiliate links on Twitter with the hashtag #Tat2Designs
While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in Tat2Designs-related discussions using the Twitter hashtag #Tat2Designs, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.

8. Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest
While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards, undisclosed affiliate links on Tat2Designs-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited.

9. Buying jewelry using your own Affiliate link
As a general rule, Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on purchases made through your own affiliate link. However, we recognize there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us before you begin using your own links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs.

10. Violation of Affiliate Program
If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, please contact us. Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issue. That said, Affiliates found to be in violation of the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. Excessive violations will result in termination of the violating party’s Affiliate account. We’d really prefer not to go there, so please get in touch with us if you have any questions whatsoever. We’re happy to help however we can.

(Measurements are shown in inches)

 (Measuring your finger)
A marker
Cut an even strip of paper.
On the finger you wish to measure, wrap the slice of paper around the base of the finger, just below the knuckle.
Ensure that the paper is wrapped tightly around your finger for a secure fit.
Mark the spot where it meets.
Measure the distance with a ruler (in mm); that’s your fingers circumference.

Double check your knuckle measurement as some people need to size up to fit rings over knuckles.
Throughout the day, our fingers tend to swell. Your best bet is to measure your fingers at the end of the day for the most accurate fit.
Be sure that your hands aren’t too cold. When we’re cold, our fingers shrink in size. Measure when the temperature is just right.

To measure your wrist size, you can use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
Tape measure
This is the most accurate method. With your palm facing up and fingers spread, place the end of the tape measure in the middle of your wrist and wrap it around snugly. Measure in inches or centimeters. For bracelets, you can add half an inch to your measurement to determine the right size.
String and ruler
Wrap a piece of string around your wrist where you'd normally wear a watch, not too tightly. Mark or hold the string where it meets the starting point, then lay it flat on a ruler and measure the length. You can also use other materials like yarn, dental floss, ribbon, or shoelace.
