Once you have completed your order and submitted it for payment, an
automated response will be emailed to you to confirm we've received your
order. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive
an email with your tracking number. Please note that all styles are made
to order and ship within 2 to 4 weeks.
We are happy to gift wrap your purchase for you. Please e-mail us
immediately before or after placing your order to make this request. If
not, your purchase will be shipped to you in a grey velour Tat2 Designs
embossed jewelry pouch, in a grey jewelry box with our company logo. An
artist statement card will be placed in the jewelry box as well.

You will be prompted to enter in your discount code when checking out. Your bill will automatically be reduced based on the value of your discount code.
Be sure to add a Gift Note during checkout (if you would like to). And rest assured, we DO NOT send the invoice to the recipient, but will email it to you instead. The recipient will receive a gift receipt (with no purchase value showing) and a return form so if they desire an exchange, they'll have what they need to proceed.

Please e-mail us the name of the store/site the item was purchased from, and if possible send us a picture of the product. We will let you know if it’s a Tat2 style.
We stand by the quality of our product, however we understand that sometimes damages may occur. E-mail us at customerservice@tat2designs.com and describe the issue with the product in detail. Please also include your name, telephone number and any pictures that may help us understand the issue. We will be happy to do what we can to get your favorite Tat2 Designs pieces back to new. Please keep in mind we have a one-year warranty from when the piece is delivered, so item(s) outside that window might require a repair fee, or item replacement fee.
Avoid contact with water. Remove before bathing, swimming or any physical activity that induces perspiration. Avoid contact with body lotion, perfume or hard chemicals. Store your jewelry well. It saves it from getting damaged.
