Return Policy

We are happy to accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition with the original packing slip for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. (We offer store credit only as our styles are made to order).

If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend that you ship your returned item back to us using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, and in a padded box, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please also include a copy of the original invoice or gift receipt along with instructions on what you would like done (exchange for different product-include item number, or new size, etc / or store credit). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item arrives defective or damaged.

If you would like to return an item for store credit or exchange an item, please email us within 14 days of receipt of goods at info@tat2designs.com and we will email you a Return Authorization form. This form needs to be completed and included in your package and sent back to us in a shipping box or envelope. You will receive our shipping address via email. Once we receive your return, you will get an email with a promo code to use your credit on our website. Your store credit will be valid for one year. Please note that when you place a new order using your store credit, any promotions we are currently running can not be applied to this order. You will also be responsible for any shipping fees.

We will happily exchange or repair an item if it arrives defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We are unable to accept sale items or items purchased with promotional codes (except the newsletter sign up code) for exchanges or store credit.

RING SIZE

 (Measuring your finger)
 ITEMS YOU'LL NEED:
Paper
Scissors
A marker
INSTUCTIONS:
Cut an even strip of paper.
On the finger you wish to measure, wrap the slice of paper around the base of the finger, just below the knuckle. 
Ensure that the paper is wrapped tightly around your finger for a secure fit.
Mark the spot where it meets.
Measure the distance with a ruler (in mm); that’s your fingers circumference.

 

PRO TIPS FOR MEASURING:
Double check your knuckle measurement as some people need to size up to fit rings over knuckles.
Throughout the day, our fingers tend to swell. Your best bet is to measure your fingers at the end of the day for the most accurate fit.
Be sure that your hands aren’t too cold. When we’re cold, our fingers shrink in size. Measure when the temperature is just right. 

WRIST SIZE

To measure your wrist size, you can use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
Tape measure
This is the most accurate method. With your palm facing up and fingers spread, place the end of the tape measure in the middle of your wrist and wrap it around snugly. Measure in inches or centimeters. For bracelets, you can add half an inch to your measurement to determine the right size.
String and ruler
Wrap a piece of string around your wrist where you'd normally wear a watch, not too tightly. Mark or hold the string where it meets the starting point, then lay it flat on a ruler and measure the length. You can also use other materials like yarn, dental floss, ribbon, or shoelace.
